i need on showing layout(screen) animation on windowmanager

screen1: windowmanager having button < while drag/ swipe button viewgroup/ layout need load on screen visibility gone previously. notification bar, when swipe top bottom visible top bottom same here left right

after animation fill view displayed

java - Null response to php query in android, even though php works properly -
