'Design' view in Android Studio gets "Rendering Problems" and telling me to update Android Studio - but -


i start coding android apps, such simple music player app. have followed instructions , correctly installed latest android studio vendor site. went through countless updates etc , installing sdk , java 8.

the error message encounter when clicked design view tab, says "rendering problems" , tells me rendering library have more date studio , update latest version of android studio. when click update in says have latest version 1.2.1.1
