CSS transform vs SVG transform -


i new svg , css transform. gave svg files , want manipulate them whole , each individual component (i.e. path, polygon) in it. want fast possible, on mobile phones. there article (or can explain) pros/cons of each transform (svg vs css), , better use better results.

also tricks make svg processing faster. right use matrix transform on each path/polygon every 10 frames (interval).
