MySQL password suddenly changed -


upon working on computer, noticed computer's response started become slow. speed up, opened task manager , ended few processes seemed useless (one of had label 'mysql'). later on, found out mysql command line on computer has stopped accepting password (not sure how .

i tried uninstalling mysql (probably failed , uninstalled different part of mysql), , reinstalled program, keeps asking me old password - , denying access after every time try typing in. thank in advance.
