i interested in understanding how optical character recognition works on numbers in particular in attempt make own, such logic behind determining number (it must meet requirements)? there resources out there describe algorithm used detect numbers? imagine largely comparing non-whitish pixel locations?

java - Null response to php query in android, even though php works properly -
