i have speedup desktop 82/100, mobile speed still 60/100. can recommend me tips improving mobile speed 80/100.

there number of things improve score of application. pagespeed insights suggests, turn on compression. easy win , make difference files sizes on wire.

in terms of render-blocking css, why don't try , automate process. there great plugin called grunt-critical automatically extract , inline critical css you. more information, recommend reading this article critical css.
