today tried make windows phone application, first stared universal application , and worked, emulator running project when try use windows.phone.speech namespace couldn't that, make research it, find answer need windows phone silverlight project. when i'm trying run blank windows phone silverlight project got error that

i couldn't find it, compare csproj working wp silverlight project couldn't find difference between them.

check make sure compiling cpu or right kind of cpu intend in solution properties.
