apache not runnning XAMPP -


i using bitnami xampp on windows 7. has been more year i'm using, today of sudden showing apache shutdown unexpectedly error.

attempting start apache app...

9:43:47 pm [apache] may due blocked port, missing dependencies,

9:43:47 pm [apache] windows event viewer more clues
9:43:47 pm [apache] if need more help, copy , post
9:43:47 pm [apache] entire log window on forums

please note skype not running, , tried changing port 81 editing httpd.conf. still have unchecked "use port 80 , 443 or additional incoming connections" after changing port number 81 went command prompt , used command 

netstat -nab

i did not applications using port 81. i'm done restarting xampp , computer. appreciated. thank you.

have tried changing port using xampp control panel?
