Confusion in setting up mcrypt php extension on Yosemite -


i following tutorial http://coolestguidesontheplanet.com/install-mcrypt-php-mac-osx-10-10-yosemite-development-server/ have confusion:

firstly, regarding "change directory (cd) home account , make directory work in, call mcrypt". 1 home account: 1 in when first run terminal?

secondly, have php of version 5.5.20 , when run phpinfo(), extension_dir shown @ /usr/lib/php/extensions. when run command cd usr/lib/php/extensions/mcrypt/ (to compile mycypt php extension), there no such directory (mcrypt folder not there).
