java - Syntax error, insert "VariableDeclarators" to complete LocalVariableDeclaration -


i trying write following function in anylogic:

double calswgefeedclne () {       double sewegefeedecline;     if(swegefee<reqswgefee){         sewegefeedecline=0.0;     }     else{         sewegefeedecline=min((swegefee-0.2),(swegefee-reqswgefee));     }      return sewegefeedecline;  }

but error:

multiple markers @ line - syntax error, insert "variabledeclarators" complete   localvariabledeclaration - syntax error, insert "}" complete methodbody - syntax error, insert ";" complete localvariabledeclarationstatement

i found answer on page: why need brackets here? java: "if (true) int i=0;".

but still not sure how code should become advice?
