java - FitNesse throws FileNotFoundException, even with available port -

i downloaded fitnesse standalone jar (release 20150424) , tried install following command:

java -jar fitnesse-standalone.jar -v -p 8081

however keep getting exception. running command c:\program files\fitnesse (the directory fitnesse-standalone.jar located).

i have java 7 jre installed:

c:\program files\fitnesse>java -version

java version "1.7.0_51"java(tm) se runtime environment (build 1.7.0_51-b13) java hotspot(tm) 64-bit server vm (build 24.51-b03, mixed mode)

but each time run command, same exception:

i know same question asked here, solution question not working in case. running command directory .jar file located. have checked netstat see if web servers running , there nothing using port 80, 8080, or 8081.

i running on 64 bit version of windows 7.

why getting exception?

i believe running problems because installation below c:\program files. not think default allowed create files there, need run administrator.

can try:

  • move jar different location (for instance c:\fitnesse\), , start there
  • or starting command prompt running administrator
