i trying start using eclipse again on new computer , running more problems remember. have downloaded eclipse website , when ever go run eclipse.exe logo flashes , nothing happens. posted .log file , eclipse.ini file because when scanning answers problem seemed lie therefor people. not getting type of error message on screen. manually added -vm line mypath because eclipses website said try that. thank time.

eclipse.buildid=unknown looks suspicious, first of all, not unpack eclipse "program files" directory. put somewhere login has complete , sole ownership.
