Query regarding iOS certificate renewal -


i have app in appstore, certificate expire in 20 days. created new distribution certificate & new provisioning profile(used same previous appid) > recreated build & submitted appstore. queries in here is; above process proper way of doing it.

1) haven't revoked old certificate, it's still in account. need or leave alone?

2) if users didn't update latest build (with new certificate) appstore & instead try stay old build got certificate expire shortly? in such cases, what'll happen app, once cert expired?

there no reason @ submit new build app store - @ least due certificate. expired certificate affects ability use provisioning profiles. existing apps not affected @ all.

users don't update not affected.

feel free delete old certificates. use new 1 create new provisioning profiles.
