deployment - Deploy C# program without installer -


is there way can deploy c# program .exe not need installer? it's simple program. want users able download .exe , run or run .exe directly usb drive.

will users run problem requiring .net framework or if i'm able this?

there lot more deployment file copy. here short summary: what benefit , real purpose of program installation?
