exchange server - Store data in Outlook Addin for each user, then query it for all users -


is there way outlook add-in store data each outlook user, exchange admin can query data all users @ once?

if store data item.userporperties or folder.storageitems, exchange admins not have access them. , prefer not use external db.

my goal exchange admin run script or app gets custom data each user. like:

email      tasks completed    data -------    ----------------   --------- x@x.com        5               25

i plan use ews managed api or exchange management shell query data. not sure ideal place store outlook add-in.

one way use central repository eg public folder or shared mailbox use have rights create items in , create/modify 1 item in folder/mailbox each user plugin. admin/app can query items in mailbox/folder (this way free/busy information used work via shared public folder in exchange)
