Computer Vision Application on website -


i want create website user can see how computer vision algorithm or application wotks. example, user uploads or gives link image , clicks "rgb decomposition", result 3 pictures: red, green , blue channels of original image. please, advise how create it? mean technologies should use. web hosting or cloud computing service, etc.?
